With 6 thriving shopping centre locations, McConaghy Properties required a brand architecture to future-proof against fickle market trends and continue to resonate deeply with multiple customer segments - from everyday shoppers to major investment vehicles.
Building on limited foundations—a logo and font—we engineered a multi-faceted visual identity that bridged a rich legacy with modern relevance. To adapt the identity seamlessly across contexts, we engineered a graphic style around the logo, developing an evolved colour palette, graphic pack, and sub-branding conventions. Leaning on a robust identity and framework we were then able to support the launch of McConaghy Properties’ first investment fund.
Fostering a sense of alignment and excitement around the refreshed brand was critical to this project, requiring design and delivery of internal and external engagement campaigns. By clarifying the brand essence and market positioning, the refreshed brand positioned our client for sustained success and growth, reinforcing their reputation and inciting investment from major Australian and international investors.
