ALH Hotels – Crows Nest Hotel

After a major renovation, Crows Nest Hotel needed more than a visual glow-up. It needed momentum. ALH wanted a relaunch that honoured history, sparked energy, and gave locals a reason to come back – again and again.
We began with the brand. Crows Nest needed a symbol that felt inherent to the place – something locals recognised instantly and the venue could own long-term. The flag became that anchor, a mark of presence and pride.

From there, the campaign followed naturally. Just flagging it teased every possible reason to drop in, from family dinners and casual beers to live gigs and big nights. The idea carried across social, OOH, web and in-venue, tying the relaunch together with clarity and confidence.
The relaunch did what a flag should: it rallied people. Crows Nest wasn’t just reopened – it was buzzing.

The renovation changed the space. The campaign restored its heartbeat. A brand device first. A campaign second. A system the venue could keep using.
