ALH wanted an Italian pub experience with sauce – loud, loveable, and famiglia-first. The goal: create something playfully irreverent that reimagines pub dining through a bold, Italian lens – that could scale nationally.
We didn’t just build a brand. We unleashed a host. Signor Fox stormed in like a Vespa on fire: bold, saucy, and impossible to ignore. A name rooted in legacy, and a foxy new persona. From arancione accents to witty menu copy and unexpected plateware, every detail felt like an invitation to the famiglia table.
Forget sterile pub fare or generic theming. Signor Fox flips the script. Pub walls became canvases of flavour, laughter, and story. And presto! A family-friendly Italian takeover that doesn’t just feed crowds – it charms them.
