To ‘live well’ in retirement is an aspiration that all Australians share. And over the coming decades, demand for retirement living will change dramatically. Older Australians will increasingly demand more – more services, more value and more choice. With a focus firmly on meeting changing expectations, there was a need for Aveo to ‘inspire greater choices’ in retirement living.
Enter the creation of two distinct community brand identities, ‘Neighbourly’ and ‘Lifestyle’. Each with a distinct direction through colourways, messaging, iconography, and textural elements, the subtle variations nod to the type of surrounds and the target demographic unique to each audience. We rolled out physical signage, displays, and sales collateral for over 90 communities.
